Terms and conditions
Updated on 6 October 2026. The Spanish version of these texts prevails. English and French are provided so they can be understood.
Purpose
This site presents the work of Rafael Villegas as an adviser for foreigners in Spain and lets you send documents, follow a brief and ask for contact.
What is not promised
Preparing a file does not guarantee a visa, residence, nationality or any other administrative act. The Administration decides. I will explain the fit, the gaps and the timing from the information you give me.
Your documents
You state that you may hand over those documents, that they belong to the brief and that, as far as you know, they are genuine. Do not send someone else’s files unless you are entitled to.
Fees
Reading the first message does not mean I accept the brief. Fees, scope and timing are confirmed before the work starts. Uploading files opens the file and the private area; it does not replace that confirmation.
Private area
Access is personal, with your email and a code. You are responsible for keeping it. Rafael may cancel it and issue another if there is doubt about who is using it.
Use of the site
You may not send malware, impersonate someone else, flood the form, or use another person’s private area without permission.
The site itself
The texts, design and logo belong to the owner or are used with sufficient right. Do not copy the site to pass yourself off as this office.
Liability
The site is run with the reasonable care of a one-person office. I am not liable for hosting outages, appointments cancelled by the Administration, or inaccurate data you provided. Nothing here limits rights that consumer law grants to consumers.
Applicable law
Spanish law applies. If you are a consumer, the courts of your domicile have jurisdiction. Otherwise, the courts designated by that law.
