Rafael VillegasAdviser for foreigners in Spain

Español · English · Français

You are moving to Spain, or you only need one procedure.

I am Rafael Villegas. I prepare and follow residence files, visas and one-off errands for foreigners: a complete file, not a blind appointment.

The Administration makes the final decision. I make sure your case arrives clear, complete and on time.

What I handle

Residence, papers, and the single errand.

I work with people settling in Spain and with people who only need one concrete procedure.

01

NIE, TIE and certificates

Foreigner identity number, card, and the certificates a bank, a notary, a contract or an appointment will ask for.

02

Residence and renewals

Stay that becomes residence, renewals, modifications and long-term residence. We check what fits your real situation.

03

Visas

Studies, work, family, or international telework (digital nomad). The file is prepared before a piece is missing.

04

Arraigo

Social, work, family or training roots. Evidence and deadlines are put in order so the case is not filed half-ready.

05

Family

Reunification, civil partnership and marriage when they affect immigration status. For people already here and people arriving.

06

Spanish nationality

By residence: requirements, documents, the exam when it applies, and follow-up until the decision.

07

Arriving in Spain

Town-hall registration, appointments, first papers, and the list of what is worth having when you land.

08

One procedure only

A purchase, an inheritance, a power of attorney, a bank, a certificate or a single file. You do not have to be moving here.

Who it is for

Three ways to arrive.

You plan to reside

You are settling in and need someone to line up the visa, NIE, registration, appointment and residence file.

You are here and must continue

Renewal, modification, family, arraigo or nationality. The previous file matters too.

Just one errand

You do not live here, or you do, but today there is only one task. We prepare it and close it.

How I work

From your documents to the status of the brief.

  1. 1

    Write or upload the papers

WhatsApp, a call, or the form. The email is mandatory so each file is tied to your brief.

  2. 2

I check what fits and what is missing

I tell you the gap, the procedure that matches, and what you do not need to send.

  3. 3

    We prepare and file

The case is left ready for the appointment, the registry, or the one-off task you asked for.

  4. 4

    You follow the process

In the private area you see the status, my messages, and you can add documents or images.

Fees, scope and timing are confirmed before the work starts. Sending documents opens the file; it does not replace that confirmation.

Documents

Upload documents

Attach a readable PDF or images. Your email ties them to your file and opens the private area so you can follow the brief.

Useful if you already have it

Documents and imagesUp to 8 files, 12 MB each. PDF, JPG, PNG, WEBP, HEIC, DOC, DOCX, ODT or TXT.

Questions

Before you send the papers.

Who is this for?

Foreigners who will live in Spain, and anyone who needs a one-off procedure: an NIE, an appointment, a purchase, an inheritance, a relative, or a single file.

Which procedures do you handle?

NIE and TIE, residence and renewals, visas (including studies and the digital nomad visa), arraigo, family reunification, nationality by residence, town-hall registration and one-off errands.

Why is the email mandatory?

Because each file is tied to a person. Without an email, documents get mixed. With it, your private area opens and Rafael sees your brief apart from the others.

What will I see in the private area?

The status of the brief, the messages Rafael marks as visible, and the document list. You can also upload more files and images when something is missing.

Do you guarantee the approval?

No. The Administration decides. My work is to keep the file complete and coherent, file it properly, and explain deadlines and gaps.

Which languages do you work in?

Spanish, English and French. The private area uses the language you choose on the site. Filings with the Administration are prepared as the procedure requires.

Contact

If the procedure is moving, call or write.

Phone and WhatsApp are the fastest way. If you prefer it in writing, the enquiry stays in your file.
